You Move Me To Tears

It's safe to say Jessica and Myles had the most quintessential English country wedding. I loved spending the day with these guys, to be around such a loving family was a true pleasure. I was thrilled to capture such true and gentle moments between these two. Myles is such a gentleman and he worships Jessica, you can see his reaction as Jessica walked down the aisle, that look on his face says it all, admiration, love - she is his world!
I knew from our meetings before the wedding and pre-shoot that these two were so engaging with each other, the day was filled with amazing emotion. Jessica & Myles loved the little moments away from the bustle of the day. Jessica wore a sumptuous gown and long cathedral vail which we had plenty of fun throwing up into the air to get those epic shots. I could not help swooning over Jessica's bouquet either - in fact all the flowers were stunning. Tones of lilac and delicate pinks. It smelt like a English cottage garden. Then there was little Harriet. Apart form the bride, she stole the show. Myles & Jess’s little girl was a super star, and the cutest flower girl in the world. Harriet is Jess & Myles world and she was the loveliest child to be around and photograph.
Jessica step dad was giving her away, when he came up to greet Jess she had a poem ready to read to him, It was beautiful and so emotional, what a privilege to be a part of this I felt. It was amazing, I could see how much love Jessica had for this man. Jess left for church in what can only be described as every girls dream, white horses with a stunning white carriage to match. The ceremony was down the road at a quaint little church around where the two had grown up. The ceremony was very moving, Jess was emotional, however held it together like a true pro! While the couple were signing the register a couple of Harriet's cousins were certainly making their voices heard - so funny - I couldn't resist getting low down and capturing the amazing expressions!
Once we got back to the reception Jessica's mum had a little surprise for them, a hand carved swing with the date of the wedding on the base, something they will be able to treasure and Im sure Harriet will love to play on for years to come, it was such a great idea, a fabulous surprise and gift. The breakfast was served and after the very emotional speeches we started the dancing - safe to say it was a fun dance floor. Once it had gone dark we took Jess and Myles for a little stroll outside to get some epic night time shots. It was a privilege to be with Jessica & Myles and share their day. I wish them all the love in the world - forever!
